This work was originally part of the exhibition The Waves, in which lines of the same colour carried across the other works in the space. Each work is named according to where it was positioned in the gallery.
This piece is often exhibited as a diptych with The Waves Front Right. Together they are called ‘Hiding to Nothing‘.
