For its new site in the Masseria Trapanà in Puglia, the already re-worked Flystrips was adapted for its new site. The tapes were spread out to let the textures of the centuries-old marble tell their stories, the pock-marks in the stone in dialogue with the hits of colour on the strips.
I also developed a nifty way to fix the tapes to the bracket, so that this was able to be replaced with a slimmer piece more complementary to the space.
