Pop-up in Dulwich Hill
Our great friends Philip Bull and Lisa Jan have allowed me to let loose in their shop, which is just up the road from us in Dulwich Hill. As well as showing, I’ll also be making work.
The pop-up was named BleachSpace by their very talented daughter Veronica, who recently held a student group show there.
I’m borrowing more than the shop: Veronica’s classmate Lukas Kalos will be working on some soundworks to accompany my own pieces. Lukas’s work is based on the wave amplitudes of colours, which he converts into sound and composes into aural ‘paintings’.
I’ve set some set times when I’ll definitely be there, but you can line up to visit outside those hours – send me an email at chris@chrispacker.art. Or if you happen to be in the area you can try your luck.
